Lens-only returns are only accepted for a verified manufacturing error, where the lenses were not made to your prescription specifications. Check our terms and conditions for more details.

Extended Returns for Black Friday and Holiday Season

For purchases made from Black Friday to December 20th, 2025, you can request a return until January 31st, 2026.

To clean your new frames, use warm water to remove tiny particles of dust and dirt and let them air dry whenever possible. Don't wipe the lenses when they’re dry as it might lead to scratching.

Choose specific eyewear cleaning products and a soft, clean, lint-free cloth. Refrain from using household cleaning products or fabric with textured surfaces.

Hold your frames by the bridge, not by the arms: this will protect them from any accidental bending. To adjust any misalignments simply use a mini-screwdriver.

When you're not wearing your frames, store them in their case with the lenses facing upwards. This will protect them from dust, scratches and bending.

Minimize contact with cosmetics or perfume, which can dirty the lenses and damage their protective coating.
