The prescription was perfect and everything came brand new as promised! The gaggiest part was that I got my glasses with prescription lenses and they had actually included THE ORIGINAL LENSES FROM MY GLASSES. My eye doctor doesn’t even do this for me! V. O.

My second pair of glasses from Mia Burton, these ones are with Zeiss prescription lenses and they are perfect. Angelina

I was having a hard time finding Zeiss lenses here in the US, and I found an amazing price. The production time was exactly what you’d expect for prescription lenses, and the delivery was super fast as soon as they were ready. The customer service was excellent. Lara

Does Mia Burton take insurance?
We're an out-of-network provider, which means we don't bill your insurance directly. Instead, you pay at checkout and submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many of our customers recover a significant portion of their costs this way.
Where do I find my itemized invoice?
It's included in your order confirmation email, ready to attach to your claim. If you can't find it, our team can send you a copy anytime. Just email us at help@miaburton.com.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
At this time, we don't accept FSA or HSA cards directly at checkout. If your plan allows out-of-network reimbursements, you may be able to submit a claim and get a reimbursement. We recommend checking directly with your insurance carrier.
Are prescription sunglasses eligible for reimbursement?
In many cases, yes. Prescription sunglasses are covered under a number of vision plans. Coverage for non-prescription or reading glasses varies by carrier, so it's worth checking your specific plan before purchasing.
Is there a limit to how many pairs I can buy?
From our end, none at all. You can purchase as many pairs as you like. Whether your insurance covers one pair or multiple per benefit period depends entirely on your plan. Your carrier can walk you through the details.
What happens if I return my glasses?
If you return your eyewear, please notify your insurance carrier so they can update or cancel your claim accordingly. We'll process your refund as usual on our end.
Do I need to submit my claim by a certain date?
Most insurance plans have a window for submitting out-of-network claims, typically between 90 days and one year from the date of purchase. We recommend checking with your carrier so you don't miss the deadline.
What information do I need to file a claim?
Your Mia Burton invoice includes everything your insurer typically needs: an itemized breakdown of frames and lenses, the purchase date, and our store information. Some plans may also ask for a copy of your prescription, so make sure to have it on hand.
