1. Pick your frame

Choose the brand of lenses

How to measure your PD at home
- Stand in front of the mirror, about 20 centimeters away.
- Lay a ruler horizontally at eyebrow height.
- Place the 0 in the center of the left pupil and measure the distance from the center of the right pupil, in millimeters.
- To be sure, repeat it in reverse, measuring from the center of the right pupil to the center of the left pupil. If there is a difference of a few millimeters, don't worry: it won’t affect your lenses.
Once you have your PD measured, enter it into the form. The process we have explained is used to determine the single interpupillary distance; you could also measure the double one and enter two values, measuring from the center of each pupil to the center of the nose.
