Start with your frame
Take pictures of the frame from the front and the side, getting the temples. If you still have the original packaging, take a picture of that, too. Then you can start filling out the form.
Note: while we don’t have brand requirements, the frame must have the 'CE' stamp. This is usually along the temples and proves that it was made following EU regulations.

Send it to us
Once we’ve checked the photos, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label. Drop the frame at a DHL service point or schedule a pickup.

Receive your coupon
After receiving your frame, we will email you a 50 euro coupon to use on your next purchase on miaburton.com. The coupon can be applied to everything, including items in our sale section. It can also be used with our Welcome coupon.
